Everyday, someone is bashing the opposition for Guyana's failure, and others are blaming the PPP for the same. APNU and AFC are legitimate elected parties by the people who they represent respectively. We have the political affiliated media already doing the dirty job for us, yet Guyanese are engaged in bias politics and make matters worst by repeating themselves on the negative. According to Rev Al, Guyana progress is all about buildings and the economy, yet the middle class is picketing for better wage and a decent living environment. Everyday, drugs are passed through CJIA without detection. Bribery and corruption rate Guyana top ranking each year. Crime is still a major security issue that is staring Guyana in its face. And, to top it off, the country is under threat of flooding at the slightest sign of rainfall. However, people find time to blame each other like the government is doing instead of making a positive contribution to the problem. This is not time to criticize or praise public servants for going their job. We don't owe them anything for that matter. We have to remind the government that they're answerable to the people. We have to strengthen the cause for social justice and fight the racial ignorance. Government ought to be more responsible and accountable for their actions.

At the end of the day, people will recognize a great government and his contribution to his people and country and give him/her credit accordingly. The people of Guyana have come a long way to keep hearing the same drum beat of hate when Blacks and Indians were both slaves from colonial time in our history. People didn't born to hate, they were thought to hate. Are we going to take examples from Nelson Mandela to make our people and country better from his struggle? How quick we forget! Yes, we know our history and yet we hold the British example to conquer and divide Guyana because of money and power and colored blind. Indians and Blacks are equally responsible for conserving the racial inequality for political purposes. Take note, folks!
