From the beginning of self rule ,there is no end to the political fighting grabbing for power in Guyana , no window dressing proves the people are united .
Time to divide the Country ,put the question to the people if they agree.
I am in for such move ,all who agree raise your hands.

This is a fight to control the oil wealth. The other elections are not as bad as this one.

The oil basin is across the three counties ,each will get their wealth.
While there could a thought to divide the country into six/seven separate parts; there is no need to do so.
Should all of the current/past active politicians were to be placed in a number of boats mixed with those from each group and then set out in the Atlantic Ocean only to return if they are united to serve the people rather than themselves and political groups.
Most likely, they will all stay out in the ocean for an extremely long time.
Consequently, the ordinary remaining people in Guyana will live in peace and set up a government exclusively to serve the needs of the people.

Labba , let's hear what you have to say ,no more Apartheid. Each County will have their own Army and Police ,that reflects the demographics ,mandatory service ,attaining the age of 18 yrs for a period of 5 yrs.

We have Federal + Provincial + Municipal or Regional.

It's important ,there is no end to the current political debacle ,the two major races aren't comfortable,when their kind isn't head of government.

Soak overnight in linseed oil to protect, shine and sting more like a bee.
BTW I picked up a wild cane from thrift store and show it to some seniors, who said its a walking stick. They did not get whipped in school.

Physically dividing the races in Guyana should not be an option. Because most countries that are divided, does not have an experience of harmony with their neighbours.
Guyana's existing problem is political racism due to indifference and the harmonious difference between the races is not as serious, as most countries that are already divided. Without politics, most Guyanese of all races gets along reasonable well with each other.
In time, due to frustration of the existing political system. The ordinary people of Guyana will notice that their lives are not improving much by any existing political party and will start voting on issues, instead of race.
Compare to other countries, Guyana is still very young and in time, when the people demand changes based on issues, a younger neutral political leader will emerge and move all the races forward together.
Some people might feel that the existing problem in Guyana is huge, but when compared to physically dividing a nation, there is no comparison with deep rooted hatred and violence, that is irreversible.

I am giving you a thumb down. Partition is no solution. Partition will bring with it a million more problems than the March 2 elections.
Guyana is a small country geographically and demographically. Geographically two-thirds is claimed by big Venezuela. Which pro-partition entity will opt for Essequibo? Which for Demerara? Which for Berbice? Which one will ExxonMobil deal with?
Will partition take place without loss of life and property? Will peace and harmony prevail in each partitioned territory?And a million questions more....
Contrary to one school of thought, desperate times don't necessarily mean desperate measures. This is time for calm, sober, considerable, considerate and careful thinking. Partition is not a factor in such thinking.

What's the solution ? perhaps the two and half score aged can help with a history lesson.
There was three Counties before becoming one under British Sovereignty.
When the seawall bruk way from the African section or country it will flood the Indo side. You will have conflict again and levies and walls will have to be built
Sounds like Apnu gon rather call for partition than to accept the recount of votes.
