Last Friday I locked myself out of my computer because I forgot my password.
I called our after hours help line in Atlanta to unlock and reset my password. They tried and after several attempts give up. However by some means they figured it out.
Instead of calling me and telling me how to get back in they sent an email.
So today when I came it to work and called our internal IT people and they reset everything, I saw the email from Atlanta
"Dear Ms. we have been successful in resetting your password, please call us and we will give you the temporary password". You gotto love these help desk techi.
