Time and again I noticed posters who are opposed to the PPP criticizing the Central Islamic Organization of Guyana for being too close with the Government.

 

Please understand that the CIOG is the largest charitable organization in Guyana and the Caribbean. They have an excellent track record  for the work they do with the poor, orphans and the needy. All this could not have been achieved had the CIOG not had a close working relationship with the Government of the day.

 

The CIOG was formed during the days of the PNC Gov't and maintained a close relationship with the opposition at that time. Today that opposition is in power and the same applies, the CIOG still maintain ties with the opposition.

 

One has to give this organization credit for  they have won the praise of all the major political parties for the outstanding job that  they are doing.

how much minister ALI donate to this organization.these religious organization is like a crime lord,on one hand they donate to help the poor and on the other hand they support these people to destroy the poor,does any of these religious organization ever ask the people that donate where the money come from

If Cheief is being factual, - the SEE I OH GEE is the largest not for profit in the Caribbean, then Guyana should not have poor people.

 

Sorry Chief, SEE I OH GEE is not the largest NGO, show me the facts and stop pulling think out from no where.

 

Guyana Hindu Dharmic Sahbha does more work among the poor than CIOG.

No organization is perfect however crookish is a very strong word.

No organization is perfect however crookish is a very strong word.

I see much of the upper echelon of that org slavishly fetching water for the PPP.
