Chief Election Officer cautions about converging around polling stations

Chief Election Officer (CEO) Keith Lowenfield yesterday announced that there will be approximately 2500 polling stations on Elections Day and he cautioned about the converging of persons around these.

He said that the commission will “soon” meet with representatives of the various contesting parties to discuss the issue.

Lowenfield reminded that it is illegal for any individual to be closer than 200 yards to any polling station.  He said anyone who is found annoying, molesting or otherwise interfering with voters can be sentenced to six months imprisonment or fined a sum of $65,000.

Lowenfield is a nincompoop. He should vent his stupidness to Miss Vulga.

Why do they take so long to publish the results in this day and age of cellphones and Excell spread sheet. We should know the results in less than an hour after the votes are tallied.

They need to put Vulga in a cell for a night or two to whip her in shape and quiet her!

Vulga will need more than one or two nights of whipping to get into shape.

Tell us how you would enforce it? Lowenfield we are not stupid. Volda is addressing what APNU/AFC supporters should do after polls close. She is speaking to what her supporters should do to the election staff, observers etc. Voters are those that have not yet voted. After they have voted they are no longer voters. Interfering with voters means while the polls are open. Wonder if speaking to the Security forces  is in the works, although many in the Security Force are themselves APNU thugs. Lowenfield himself is also a well known PNU rigger.
