I've always wondered with a little bit of vision something splendid like Sarasota could be created in Guyana. Siesta and Anna Maria have some fantastic beaches.

Do what Bill Clinton did, smoke weed but don't inhale it.

As a smoker of various plants and herbs since I was 14, let me tell you that is absolute and utter bullshyte. No one smokes anything and doesn't inhale.

LOL

We all know that Bill was trying to pull a fast one on us. Just like how he claimed that didn't have any relations with Monica.

there are many nice places for different reasons but I believe when you put the whole package together Toronto is the best. I also think Canada is the best country in the world and that is exemplified by the fact that Toronto and Montreal placed first and second.

it's from the economist. However, from a personal perspective I travel all over the world and there are many places I like, however, for the complete package none comes close to Toronto or for that matter the country of Canada. I also think the US is in the top 10. The only reason I would not rate the US in top five is the cost of health care and education to individuals and families, but the US and Canada are the two most tolerant countries in the world.

Canada:

-Free health care

-cheap education

-good infrastructure (but poor public transit for a world class city)

-safe city with low crime and murder rate

-Multiculturalism is encouraged, you are allow to be Canadians and retain your heritage proudly - see the many different enclaves in Toronto and the different signage and languages on businesses

-polite and helpful people

-clean air

-half decent minimum wage

-spacious

-great social programs

I can go on....
