Cooper: Do you know how all -- how much though? I mean, do you have a price tag for -- for all of this?

Sanders: We do. I mean, you know, and -- and-- the price tag is -- it will be substantially less than letting the current system go. I think it's about $30 trillion.
Cooper: That's just for "Medicare for All," you're talking about?

Sanders: That's just "Medicare for All," yes.

Cooper: Do you have -- a price tag for all of these things?

Sanders: No, I don't. We try to -- no, you mentioned making public colleges and universities tuition free and canceling all student debt, that's correct. That's what I want to do. We pay for that through a modest tax on Wall Street speculation.

Cooper: But you say you don't know what the total price is, but you know how it's gonna be paid for. How do you know it's gonna be paid for if you don't know how much the price is?

Sanders: Well, I can't -- you know, I can't rattle off to you every nickel and every dime. But we have accounted for -- you -- you talked about "Medicare for All." We have options out there that will pay for it.

What? So, Sanders not only a) isn't sure how much all of his proposals would cost but also b) isn't able to say how he would pay for these programs. That strikes me as a potential weak spot if/when Sanders winds up as the Democratic nominee against President Donald Trump.

It is obscene that there are only 350 million people here and their cost of health care will top 30 trillion dollars. Bernie is right, something is definitely not right here. If trump can redirect 7 billion dollars to build an unnecessary wall why can there not be a forgiveness of student debt that will make  45 million people never ever able to buy a house in their life time. I do not like Bernie personally and think he is rather casual about things Elizabeth Warren can answer on the fly. He is rather lazy with details and very liberal with promises of give aways.

O rass bai, are you really saying this ? Trump will be re-elected as a result of the stupidness Being peddled on the left. Big money prefers him instead of the democrats. Driving now and listening to the most liberal commentators saying this.

Trump can be an ass but he is better than all of the Jackasses on the left. Biden choked, Bloomberg is no better than Trump and Bernie switched too far to the left and has momentum. Y’all don’t have anything left in the tank.

Stop parroting other people. You're not sounding smart. We all know you don't have a clue what you're talking about.

I was pretty much non committed to any of the Democratic candidates until Bernie spoke about Castro. He has my vote now. It's a lesson that many here can learn from. Merits and demerits should not be party or race based.
