According to reports, the man Ravi Outar, a father of four, of 143 Second Street, Swamp Section Rose Hall Town, was in his yard around 20:35 hrs  when he was allegedly attacked by a lone gun man.
According to his wife, Meshell Outar, her husband who operates a pool hall and bar was sitting outside his business premises. She said that she ventured inside the shop and not long after she heard what sounded like gunshots.
She subsequently ventured outside and saw her husband covered in blood. He was picked up and rushed to the New Amsterdam Hospital where he was admitted for emergency surgery. His condition up to press time was not known.

Django, this area is also called Rose Hall Reef, as you night know.

My sister was murdered in this location a number of years ago.

The police version is. Three guys went to rob her and to get the keys for the store, that she managed. A girl was also in the room in a dark corner and is okay, now a mother.

A lot of crime around this area originates  from Rose Hall, where drugs are sold in just about every street corner.

Hopefully the new government might clean it up, because many of their supporters live there.

The main Rose Hall Reef street is called 'arch street', where an independence arch was installed in 1966 at the public road intersection.

Banking is dangerous in this area, where many young men just hang out every day.
