It would be sad to see you go...I always marvel at the highest quality of your writing. D2 writes brilliantly. We all have careers, so taking a break is necessary. Perhaps you need a break. I was extremely busy this last year.

From January 1 Gilbakka will take a break too. Guyana's politics is same old same old. It does not pay to make enemies unnecessarily in GNI over those crooks who pass as politicians in Guyana. The only difference between PPP crooks and APNU+AFC crooks is one of degrees.

Hi D2, have a great holiday and all the best for 2017 and beyond.  I was thinking the same.

Guyana will always be in my heart and I will always be connected.  I will visit in a few months anyway for a family event and experience it for real rather than through GNI!

I know you are a little slow in the head. Everyone here with any sense knows precisely who long time posters are even if they reincarnate since they manifest as the same always.

I have asked Amral to delete D2 and Stormborn previously. I do not have any other alias now that I ask him to delete danyael. I never posted on anyother alias except under my real name pre 99. I started here in 1997 before Amral came here  and recreated the site  and made it viable. I thank him for that. It was also friendlier times but recently the morrow has been sucked out of this place.

My advice to you if you want to make a difference is stop being pretentious and start thinking on your own.  You seem to swallow the PPP swill and it has poisoned any creativity or imagination you possessed. You are bloody 52 years old so surely you could start being honest with yourself. Stop for a moment, look into your sould and try to pull the real you out into the light. You surely cannot be that dull and ignorant.

I am leaving because of the pervasive mediocrity of the posts here; yours  is a highlight on this theme. I know for sure TK and VJ  and Mars and Gilbaka, people who do carry the spirit of what this place was like will  try  to reason with you but in vain. It  gets tedious After awhile and 20 for me is a long time.

The reality is none of you fools read or think or is inquisitive as to if things really are as they seem so the conversation decay to is the same insipid monotonous drone always.   It takes patience to be among you. I do not have it anymore.
