When you work with an airline, you would have to work in different departments on rotation bases, including lost and found. I never came across one with rotten seafood, but airline policies vary in these cases. If an item in the luggage is that bad, they will destroy the bag and offer compensation to the travelers. If you think Guyanese travels with the worst items, think again. You wouldn't want to do baggage when an African flight arrived. Customs would have a field day throwing away items like crazy.
