Are medical expenses covered for a β Caretaker Governmentβ in Guyana? I would think not.

Whether or not the Guyanese taxpayer's dollars are still paying for government medical expenses of medicals bills of caretakers, I would say, I believe since Granger is still the leader until a new president is sworn in, it's plausible he is covered.
Granger is the head of state and fully entitled to receive medical treatment at state expense. Even if he is no longer president, he is entitled. So are many ministers.
