In this latest conflict I am encouraged by the responsible statements by Pakistan's leaders. The Prime Minister has called for talks towards conciliation. The Foreign Minister says war with India would be suicidal. I support that approach. And both sides need to rein in their extremists.

Further, in a televised statement just before his release, the Indian pilot acknowledged that the Pakistani soldiers treated him professionally and respectfully.

BBC says that Imran is bowling out swing and Modi can't make contact.

Gilbakka the problem is not with the Pakistan political system or the Pakistan Army.  The problem is the ISI, their retired agents, their support of terror groups and the role of China who bypasses the Pakistan Political system and deals directly with the ISI and ISI controlled members of the Pakistan Military.

Which Indian extremists group have sent terrorists over into Pakistan?  Every country have their radicals, but encouraging and supporting them to go into another country and kill is another story!

Pakistan is being conciliatory because of Trump and his position vs India and vs Islamic terrorism.

Let it be Islamic sympathizer like Obama, they would be talk of exporting the war into India!
