Senor Skeldon while out East during the summer I saw a couple young lads run a length of ABS pipe from the river onto the grass. They told me the fish would swim into it and come out at the end where they stood. Dem guys cheating or what?

I saw salmon swimming in the streets on the West Coast(I think it was Oregon or Wahington) during floods. That's not cheating; that's free food nature provided.

Heavy rainfall with floods is done by Mother nature but won't what the guys did be the same as going to the river at night with flashghts as they also do. Wouldn't that be poaching?

The fishes would have perished and died anyway. I don't think any game warden would have said anything to anyone who picked up the fish. Why let them go to waste?

These aren't fish out of their environment these are tricked, no?

In your area don't you need a license to fish? We need licenses and be aware of what is in season and how many we are allowed to keep.

Buy a license, know your fish, don't take more than your limit, don't keep what is not in season, fish with one line only, some species require a stamp, etc....
Nature played a cruel game on the fish by evicting them from their home. I am sure you know how homeless people live. Let's equate these fish with the homeless.

Exactly. I have "friends" who won't go fishing with me because I make them throw back short fish and observe the limits and season. Some people just can't get it in their heads that for the fish to propagate, you need to throw the juvenile fish back. I kept one short fish. It was my first Striped Bass and was 27 inches long. The limit was 28 inches minimum. I left it in plain sight.
