Actually it's not pointless. It shows who and what you are.

What does Naga have to be jealous about.

Ignore them Bhai. Moses is a PIG. Putting makeup on Pig still makes him a PIG. Satan will refuse that scumbag.

Your statement speaks volumes of what you are? Seems like you have not learned anything from the Bhagvad Gita.

Oi look banna even those in x rated movies are spruced up. Bamsies are spruced up with Javex the Pataxes are all neatly trimmed and powdered up nicely ....even their faces are given a touch of powder to remove the sheen. I wouldn't doubt BJ used to have his head powdered up a bit....and possibly that bleach trick too.

At least Dave didn't call Moses "leeches" as Django called Komal and other GAWU+PPP functionaries.

Gilly,

Leeches does suck blood,am i right ?

How dare you call a trade union like GAWU bloodsuckers? Capitalists are bloodsuckers.

GuySuCo learned its bloodsucking from its capitalist predecessors Bookers and Sandbach Parker. I lived in Uitvlugt Sugar Estate and I observed firsthand the behaviour of white factory and field managers and their Indo and Afro successors. Arrogance par excellence. Meanness. Heartlessness --- Just look at the gap between GuySuCo directors-managers and the average field-factory workers who are the real producers and creators of value.

All trade union members pay union dues. GAWU EARNED its dues by ensuring that sugar workers get higher wages and API year after year. The same cannot be said for some other trade unions in Guyana.

Bhai,

GAWU knew all along the Sugar Industry can't survive unless measures are taken for it to become profitable. They should have advised the workers not depend on GUYSUCO,there are may ways they could have guide the workers, damn they could have set some form of fund to give loans to the affected workers so they can move on.

Some Trade Unions in the ole USA help to pay tuition for schooling. My younger son was working at Nursing Home as a Dietician part time while going to College and benefited. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounts.Currently he is back in school to become a Registered Nurse and is again getting some of the tuition paid from the Union,he is working full time at nursing home.

Come to think of it,Capitalism is not bad.

Not defending bhai,

that's way to low shotting back at Naga.

I read an article ,the East Indian mindset is poisoned by PPP,as a matter of fact they are owned by the PPP.

This idea that the PPP poisoned the minds of East Indians is derogatory and disrespectful. It assumes that Indo Guyanese do not have a mind of their own, cannot make decisions on their own or in their own interest. They have a democratic right to cast their votes for which party they want to  represent them. To denigrate them for their choices is undemocratic and seeks to weaken democracy.

I am curious about the often repeated statement that the PPP owns the Indo Guyanese. The question I have is this - How is it that Balram Singh Rai, who supposedly was more concerned about the Indo Guyanese than the PPP received minimal support from Indo Guyanese. The same applies to the leader of GUMP who was or claimed to  be representing Muslim interests as far as I remember. Were they voting against their best interest? Or did they see the PPP as representing their wider interests, ie working, living conditions, development, education, land, etc.?

Five stars for you Zed!!!  Now let's hear Django's answer to your questions.  And I am willing to pay money to hear them.

Bibi Haniffa

Zed,

From the inception, the PPP built their power base from the Sugar workers and Rice Farmers,no other Political Party could fully influence those supporters, added to that the Dharmic Sabha was another influential medium. The East Indians who were not supporters were castigated.

In the 80's i was with Dr.Gunraj Kumar who held meetings in Berbice for a weekend.[not as party member, was responsible to get their PA system working, which was rented from the company i worked for]

At all the meetings barely about an average of 150,people show up,some areas was less, what that tells you.One of Burnham spy was trailing Gunraj crew,he slept in the Hotel we rested in for the night.

Didn't you know that GAWU has a credit union that offers loans to members?

I need Django to explain what he was trying to say, it was too cryptic for this old man.

also. I was hoping that he will try to answer the questions I posed. However, he did not.

i will classify his post as 'non responsive'.

What makes you think he understand those questions?  Let me put this into perspective for you, this is the man who invented the word WILLN'T.
