This Eyewitness wonders how far the AFC leaders will go along with their castration. Hey, let’s face it…even if THEY don’t want to. Yesterday in Parliament, PM Nagamootoo claimed that folks are trying to “separate” him from the said partners.

And here this Eyewitness thought the actions of the latter had already cast him adrift. Why else would there be teams from the AFC and the APNU meeting to figure how they could put together the Cummingsburg Accord after its Humpty Dumpty – like fall.

Let’s take the major blow – the refusal to have Nagamootoo chair the Cabinet. Deja vu from him refused to chair the Assembly? What’s this about this being “unconstitutional? Wasn’t it Khemraj Ramjattan who boasted “there has been a tremendous climb as to the powers of the Prime Minister” and that’s why they went along??
Have these people no shame?
