Winter is when one tends to feel hungry and lazy the most. With the temperatures dropping, it gets challenging to step out for a brisk walk or a run. Going to the gym is equally tricky as no one wants to leave the comfort of their bed. To top it all, the water intake lessens as well which leads to dehydration. So, how to maintain the weight and keep ourselves dehydrated in the winters?

Follow these simple diet tips for weight loss:

1) Have fresh food. Fresh veggies are available easily in the market in winters. Stock them up and enjoy fresh food at home that will provide you with essential nutrients.

2) Herbal teas are what people crave for in winters. When an individual experiences hunger pangs, tea is enough to satiate our taste buds. Since the water intake is low, the body needs some form of hydration. Soups also fill your stomach.

3) Have a plate full of protein at least once in a day. It keeps your tummy full for the entire day. Moreover, proteins stabilise the blood sugar levels and aids quick weight loss.

4) Engage in indoor physical activities like yoga, dance and pilates. All people have to do is get out of the blanket and devote 20 minutes of their time for the same.
