The law requires parliament to be dissolved three months before election, that will be on or before December 2nd 2019.

Guyana Constitution requires that when there is a successful vote of no confidence in parliament, elections must be held within three months from the date of vote.
That date has passed, with regard to the recent CCJ final decision, hence the Granger-government is functioning in an unconstitutional manner.
