New devices and computers can handle AC technology. It is faster and can handle more bandwidth hence more speed if there is a lot of devices using the WIFI.
Please note that your devices must be AC capable to take advantage of the AC router and hence faster speeds.
I use the Netgear AC 1900 Nighthawk Router. The technician is giving excellent advice.

Now this is a completely different scenario. How the hell do I know if my devices are AC compatible?
