Wouldn't it be wise to change the age of marriage to 18?

It's bad enough that Indians can't keep their stump in their pants that populated India to a billion plus, why ruled on something that make it harder for them and create more loophole on married couples?

All our foreparents were married in their teens. I think India should focus on unmarried teens and rapists over the ones that are married. Yes, no?
