In the 1960s, I attended many PYO meetings at Cheddi Jagan bottom house at Port Mourant.
There were many photographs taken with PYO members acted plays, when Cheddi's mother was present.
My late Albion friend was married to one of Oudit Jagan daughters. Both Oudit daughter and my friend are buried in Virginia and unfortunately I was in Nepal when Oudit passed on. Oudit and Derek were my close friends.
During a 1980 visit to Guyana with his SIL from NY was the last time I saw Oudit at PM. He prepared curry bird for us. But a memorable video was walking around their yard and talking about his brother Cheddi in his younger years.
