BTW you do not correct a list by discarding it and create an new one. The problems with registration could by itself be corrupting.

Canvassers can be care less, people could be missed for not being at home, out of the jurisdiction or simply refuse. Accuracy is enhanced by keeping the old list, purging it of dead and those who left from official lists of the same.

Such a list maintained over an extended period will always be more accurate than H2H. Historical data over extended periods means one can run regression analysis to ferret out all sorts of anomalies.

Why there was no issues with past house to house registration ?

Because the PNC had other ways to rig the elections.

Banna stop regurgitating actions of the PNC under Burnham.

The Coalition Government have no reasons to RIG THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS.

They have an overarching reason; our ethnic based elections have always seen the state as an ethnic prize. It is an opportunity for the party to keep control of the state assets and foster a patronage system where their kith and kin are kept housed and fed It is the practice of each party.

This has been the case with the state being a donkey cart economy with less than 2 billion of real earnings. Think how greater the the opportunity and the drive to access that opportunity now motivates these rent seeking scoundrels now they can be dealing with tens of billions of dollars.

The reason we argue H2H and the selection of commissioners is because there is deep suspicions on both side that the system will be gamed.
