And druggie CSME as impacts movement of workers was implemented in 2006. Guyanese began to migrate to those islands in 2000. Workers who aren't college graduates weren't added until 2008. This was AFTER Barbados began to toss out Guyanese.

You will recall that in 2005 Barbadian authorities were arresting Guyanese at early hours in the morning and sending them to the airport still dressed in their sleeping clothes. I only hope that those who sleep naked were allowed to grab something to wear.
