She told the House that the vehicles handed over by the former A Partnership for National Unity + Alliance for Change (APNU+AFC) regime were in a deplorable state. Defects, she listed, include cracked windshields; stained, ripped seats; damaged radios; and incorrect tire placements.

The PNC is good at destroying properties. They never spent money on maintaining anything. During the last five years, they were ruthless in going after the PPP members of Parliament. They neglected to govern the country.
