Do onto others as you would have others do onto you. Teachers are allegedly messing up the floor and ordering cleaners/sweepers to clean up. Teachers are allegedly sending sweepers/cleaners on errands, thus overloading their job descriptions. 

Teachers are workers just as cleaner/sweepers are workers. They ought to be compassionate to lesser paid workers.
