Unlike the Kuwaitis, Guyanese will lose the country in one generation and cannot do much. Kuwait has stringent citizenship rules which will not hold up for Guyana. The Kuwaitis are vastly outnumbered by people born in Kuwait but have no citizenship rights. Guyana cannot do this.

This government will give the foreigners citizenship, just so to get votes.
