Chief it does you no good to avoid the reality. For some reason Islam attracts troubled people more than do other religions. For some reason more people use Islam as a justification for their acts. And there is within Islam a minority group which is brainwashing lunatics to commit murderous acts.
Rather than denying this fact, Muslims need to devise ways to prevent these people from becoming the face of Islam. Yes, and deal with that Wahhabi nonsense in Saudi, where their tribal customs are masqueraded as Islam.
