Who is Brian Mullis ?? Why the limited information of his background ?
Looks like firing of an Indo Guyanese and replacing him with aAn Afro Guyanese.

What i want to know if Brian Mullis is more qualified than Indranauth Haralsingh.

Mullis' CV coming up. Spotlight now is on sugar workers' severance pay. Just a thought.
