The USA wanted a DEA presence in Guyana since the days when RK was having mid day cocktails with Jagdeo in his office. Given that he was grabbed in 2006 it therefore took 8 years for this to be accomplished.
Then Dave screams that the PPP complied with the request. By 2014 they had no choice in this matter. Obama told them allow it to be set up or else. Jagdeo, used to be crawling around NYCbegging people to allow him to speak to Obama and the message was sent "No DEA office, no talks with Guyana".
The US envoy to Guyana at the time stated that Roger Khan had as much influence in Guyana as Pedro Escobar had in Colombia.

So Dave I think that you failed in your goal. Nice try though but understand that intelligent people aren't members of the PPP so it is understand why the PPP usually looks so stupid.
