"Las Vegas of the Caribbean" is not what the government has in mind. Some people like to assumptions and then start to believe them. Furthermore, Guyana is not a shithole country. Maybe under the APNU/AFC government, they were. The PPP is taking the country to greater heights. Borrowing Tota's term is pure ignorance.
