North Korea will not give up their nuclear weapons they saw what happened to Gaddafi under Obama. Trump should have followed the advice of Bill Richardson. Negotiate with North Korea not to spread the nuclear technology, agree to a halt to nuclear weapons manufacture and end the war with South Korea.
