When you say that blacks are this or that then you are indicting the entire black population.
Why scream about "black violence" if the vast majority of blacks aren't violent? No you portray blacks as a whole as a violent group so yes you do imply that most blacks are criminal in orientation.
Here is the reality. Some one robs some one of a cell phone. They do so to sell the phone, usually to an intermediary. Given this then why do you only indict blacks for crime when this is aided and abetted by others? Because you know full well that those who buy stolen items, BOTH in the USA and in Guyana, are NOT blacks, but they encourage this activity by providing a market for stolen goods. In fact in some instances they even "place orders" which are filled through robberies.
