What is wrong with making public this MoU? They are not doing anything with the deal the PPP did not do and with less transparency. Everything about china reeks so everyone should be prudent. I am glad they released this document to the public

this MOU will be made public before year done . . . before any contracts (if any) are signed

it is basically a document of diplomacy

in fact, the contracts are the things that need Parliamentary oversight . . . this is where vigilance is really needed

the headline should be "Greenidge cuss up rude KN reporter who called him on the phone"
