I think that the CCJ will rule against Richardson and the ppp will fight the 2020 elections with a new presidential candidate. Whether that is a new chapter is dependent on how closely that person is seen to be allied to Jagdeo and whether Jagdeo’s great influence on the party wanes or remains strong.
Anyhow, members of the PPP will determine that after a court decision.
