By all appearances GECOM is not INDEPENDENT as you suggest or the law requires. It consists of three Commissioners representing the two major parties with a tie breaker who is the Chair. That Chair goes the way of the current sitting government.

Granger highhandedly sought to unilaterally and unconstitutionally install Patterson to consolidate his objective to rig the 2020 elections but thankfully Jagdeo's masterly orchestrated NCM stopped that attempt in its tracks.

Secondly the private cases were dropped because similar charges are being pursued by the state so they are rendered unnecessary. There is way more evidence to prove those currently charged guilty so lack of evidence is out of the question.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the CJ has opened the door for all of Mingo's mutilated SOPs to be admitted into evidence during the elections petition case so Holder's ruling back in May to keep them out of the public forum gone to the wayside. We will all see how diabolical Mingo was and who influenced his actions.

NEVER AGAIN MUST THE PNC SEEK TO DO WHAT THEY SOUGHT TO DO FROM MARCH 2, 2020 THRU' AUGUST 2, 2020. NEVER AGAIN.

These legal battles will ensure they don't.

Most of the names on the lists presented by the Opposition Leader are currently working for the Government ,what that tells you ?

We shall find out about the current charges against the individuals ,it reeks biasness. What about the other RO's are they not in the picture ? can one imagine an MP of the PPP on the list of special prosecutors .

SOPS mayn't be the bombshell in the Election Petition Trial ,there are more than that.

Both Political Parties are involved in the 2020 Electoral RIGGING ,one have to have an open mind to accept such.
