Mr.Jinnah Rahaman is a public figure in Guyana,you can find information about him,he was also a former PPP stalwart.

Jinnah Rahaman was never a PPP stalwart. During the Burnham era he was with the WPA. A charge of treason was directed to him and he escaped the country via Surinam. Then from there he went to Holland. And finally ended up in England where he lived for a number of years. Somewhere in his head he thinks he is a revolutionary and enjoys upsetting the political apple cart. He is an AFC member in the current Guyana Govt.
