OK this might be possible.

1. People who got houselots might be too scared not to vote PPP for fear of eviction.

2. Most of the others stay home.

Last time you all had a rally in Linden 3,000 showed up and you got 3,000 votes. This time 1,500 showed up so you will get.......come on you know the trend. Only 8,000 might vote in Linden though.
