Whilst reading it, I am thinking, is this man saying Afro-Guyanese have a ganga problem. Granger did let out of prison many young people who were jailed for having small amouts of ganga.

The organizations of PNC and ACDA will never be replaced. It is Afro-Guyanese representations that are fully controlled by Africans, there is no mixture of policies for being Guyanese. Their aim is that one day, Africans will get their country, lock stock and barrel. Patience is virtuous-Black ppl seyings.
