Miss Harper IS a long standing Civil Servant with impecable records. I remember her as a Civil Servant since the 70's. She has always been hard working and has a distinguised record. I dare them to TRY and attack her.

Imagine the Esteemed Priya came out the first day saying people attacking Mrs Harper when no one did...maybe the fat gone to Priya's brain!
