He sold hand in hand with his right hand to his brother in his left hand acting both as the buyer and seller. He was trying to pass off NICIL as a private company and not a government holding company. He transformed it from a holding company PPP cash cow as an "investment"company never placing the income in the consolidated fund. For that he should go to jail.
