Sure, they built project,  but how many became useless months afterwards. Skeldon factory, fibre cable, etc. Roads that did not last more then six months. Rice fields that got damaged by salt water , when  koaker watchmen who were relatives of the PPP NDC got drunk and fell asleep on the job, when the tide came in.  Good concrete culverts that was 'repaired' with drainage pipes that collapsed, just to provide a contract.   No water for the people, that turned off one area, to serve another. 

Some of the things bordered on legality, but the people were too afraid from their nastiness and vindictiveness. They are still scared like hell that that the same people might return, if the PPP forms the next government.   

Nothing lasts forever but the fact is the PNC did nothing the last five years and during the Burnham era, they destroyed the foundation the PPP built.
