Peter D was mainly the architect for the Wismar Massacre and the other skirmishes referred to as the Disturbances. The CIA used him to indoctrinate Forbes into a life of criminal acts against supporters of CBJ.

Had he stuck to making Pepsi-Cola then the British would not have had the upper hand of the DIVIDE. Indians and Blacks would have come up with solutions for their plight, now postponed some 70 years later.
