Many families in New York are complaining about the treatment that their loved ones received at some of the hospitals. There are cases where patients were transferred to other hospitals and the family was not informed. Some people are having trouble locating the dead bodies in the rental trucks as they are identified by a number. Some patients discharge papers were being prepared and next thing you know they were pronounced dead.
