There is no “bungled clause” in this section of the Constitution. The language is simple and precise. 106.6 refers to the action that the government has to take if it loses a no confidence vote and 106.7 states the time when the action has to be executed. According to the Constitution, the government is under no obligation to resign immediately after losing a NCV.

So the folks who are calling for resignation immediately after the NC vote, are clueless interpreting the Constitution.

So says our lawyers who were trained on the streets in their respective workshops.
