Guyana and the "Old Way", a deadly journey for expatriates

There are many cases of emigrants from Africa in general, Suriname, Angola,
Cameroon, Egypt, Haiti or Cuba, among many others, who have used Guyana as an exit point in South America to try to reach the United States through a trip that is
called the "Old Way".

Django, if this is the case then US should impose some sanction against the Guyana Government especially the immigrantion minista .

i wonder if Uncle Donald knows this.
