Those PNC-dominated APNU+AFC collaborators in GECOM knew exactly what they were doing. It was a vital part of the Grangerite rigging scheme. Not to forget, PNC is notoriously the biggest rigging outfit in the Caribbean region.

The PPP hatched the rigging plan awhile ago . Jagdeo said it can be done easily stuff the ballot boxes with few votes. I does listen to that fella and can predict the deceptive actions.
