I was chatting with a Harvard Grad Nigerian Economist and he said he hope Guyana don't make the same mistake as his country, neglect the traditional agrarian economy over oil. The agrarian economy could serve as the jugular through which oil wealth flows to the mass population and domestic economy!

Somehow, I don't believe these dunda-heads understand that!
