We understand the seriousness of the charges.
Everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Her attorney maintains her innocence and she was detained over 72 hours before being charged in violation of her constitutional rights. Her lawyer already highlighted this.
Let us see how this is handled by the courts and she is considered innocent until proven otherwise by the courts.
I’m not making a judgement against the young lady who was charged. That should be left to the courts to decide and she should be presumed innocent like any other defendant. All I’m saying here is that this is a serious charge and should not be seen as an over reaction.
