I agree, she is screwed and has been played by the Bleeding Red Left Liberal Media. The courts take Non Disclosure Agreements very seriously.

I once successfully sued my Insurance Company and the NDA was something that my lawyers advised to adhere to at all times. These were not your average lawyers.
