A civil war never happened in Guyana and it will never happen in the future. It's just a war of words. Just to entertain the idea if a civil war broke out, you will see Indians as non-resistance of the Gandhi era to even call it a civil war.
With the coalition government desperately in corner worried that they cannot win a free election and huge wealth on the horizon from oil they are going to go to great lengths to retain power.
