People can say as they wish but unless they have the financial resources and manpower to get out the vote they waste their time. A big consideration among voters is will their vote be wasted.
In 2011 someone told me that they really liked the AFC but didn't want their vote to be wasted so they voted APNU, which they saw as having a greater ability to gather sufficient seats to thwart the PPP's agenda of anti black oppression.
Most voters don't vote for a party. They vote AGAINST the one which they see as the greater evil. Long gone are the days when voters expect a politician to transform their lives. They just don't want the one who they think will harm them more.
